Shipping:
Ground shipping
The flat rate Ground shipping fee for domestic orders is $8.99, for a limited time, we offer free ground shipping for all domestic orders over $60, within the continental US (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska excluded), this offer may not be combined with any other offers. All ground shipping orders will be processed in 1-3 business days after receiving the payment via one of the shipping carriers (Fedex, USPS, UPS) and depending on your location, will take 2-10 business days to deliver. You will receive an order confirmation once you place the order and the tracking number after your order has been shipped.
Expedited shipping
Expedited orders placed on a business days, will be shipped the same day if order was placed before 11:00 AM (PST). Orders placed after 11:00 AM (PST) or on a weekend or holiday will be shipped the next business day (holidays excluded). The shipping fee will be calculated, based on your location. You will receive an order confirmation once you place the order and the tracking number after your order has been shipped.

All orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska will shipped via USPS Priority mail, which generally takes 3-7 business days.

Undeliverable / Refused packages:
If you would like to change your address, after placing the order, you must notify us immediately. If the package is undeliverable or refused, It is the buyer’s responsibility to inform us to reship the package to the correct address, re-shipping fees will apply. If not informed by buyer, all Undeliverable, refused packages will be refunded and the refund amount is subject to %20 restocking fee of the original price, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy:
wowtrendz.com wants you to be happy with your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send them back to us within 30 days from the original delivery, for a refund. Return instructions:
- Return items(s) must be unused, unwashed, with their original packaging. shoe boxes and other merchandise must be wrapped with protective box.
- merchandise received unwrapped or without their original packaging will be subject to %20 restocking fee.
